Electroplated Diamond Grinding Wheel is the diamond grinding wheel made by electrochemical method. Working layer contains diamond abrasive and the diamond abrasive is bonded to the base by a metal bond. Firstly, the thickness of the deposited metal bond is 20% of the diamond abrasive`s height (abrasive dispensing), and then continue bonding the diamond abrasive with metal bond (thickening) to make the height about the 2/3 of the abrasive`s height. Electroplated Diamond Grinding Wheel includes diamond dressing grinding wheel, diamond grinding wheel for cutting and grinding.
